Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Returns Policy

Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to the specialized nature of our products, requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted on the same business day the order is placed. Written notification may be required. Orders designated for rush or same-day shipping at the customer’s request may be exempt from this policy, particularly once processing or fulfillment has commenced.

Product Returns and Restocking Fees
All product returns must be authorized in advance. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 35%, depending on the applicable manufacturer’s return policy.

Freight and Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges associated with an approved return, including transportation costs in both directions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
